Buy a Tuborg 8 pack within participating Independent retailers or a pint within TUCO outlets and receive a free scratch card. The Scratch card offers a one in 3 chance of winning a 50p off you next purchase coupon, plus win your student rent paid for a year (up to the value of £3,000). Additional prize of a months free rent available as well.
Terms & Conditions
1. Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of Northern Ireland, employees of Carlsberg UK Ltd, their immediate families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Whilst stocks last, one scratch card will be given away with each purchase of Tuborg 8 x 275ml at any participating independent retailer, or any Tuborg product from NUSSL or TUCO establishments. Only one scratch card per person per day.
3. The promotion runs from 05/10/09 to 05/12/09.
4. There are a total of 300,000 prizes to be won, details of which are as follows: • 3 x 1st prize of one years free rent up to a maximum of £3,000. Prizes must be claimed on or before 12/12/09 • 3 x runners up prizes of one months free rent up to a maximum of £250. Prizes must be claimed on or before 12/12/09 • 49,985 x 50p money off vouchers for use at any participating independent retailer, NUSSL or TUCO establishment. Vouchers must be redeemed on or before 20/12/09. Proof of age may be required.
5. To participate, carefully scratch off the panel indicated on the front of the card to reveal whether you have won, and if so, which prize you have won. Winners of the 1st and runners up prizes must send their scratch cards to the following address before 12/12/09: Tuborg Free Rent Promotion, Zone Design & Marketing Ltd, 2-4 High Street, Dachet, SL3 9EA.
6. Scratch cards showing 50p off next purchase will be treated as a money-off “coupon”. The coupon entitles the bearer to a 50p saving against their next purchase of Tuborg 8 x 275ml from a participating independent store, or any Tuborg product from NUSSL or TUCO outlet between 5th October and 5th December 2009. Only one coupon may be used per transaction and only one coupon may be used per person per day. Normal rules as to service apply.
7. Altered, damaged, defaced, forged or photocopied cards will not be accepted. The Promoter is not liable for cards lost or damaged. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please allow 30 days from the end of promotion to receive the free rent prize fund. No alternative prize is available and monies will only be transferred to the winner’s account. Proof of account details may be required. The promoter will not be held responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specific prize.
9. Names and counties of the 1st and runners up prizes will be made available by sending a stamped SAE to Tuborg Free Rent Promotion, Zone Design & Marketing Ltd, 2-4 High Street, Dachet, SL3 9EA between 05.01.10 and 05/02/10.
10. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and promotional activities, and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.
11. Scratch cards have no cash value.
12. By entering this promotion you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel or suspend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, or to amend the rules at any time by publishing such modification or termination at www.carlsberg.co.uk/promotions.
